Dave Scott is a life long resident of Central Florida and the crime occurred in Southeast (Geneva) Alabama. The victim was a life long resident of the Geneva area. Included in this page are some general "FACTS" that we have uncovered in a post trial investigation. As you will see, the results of our investigation seem unbelievable but we can, and will, verify each and every allegation we make. The prosecution in this case cannot make that claim. By all that's right, Dave should be freed without further sacrifice on the part of he and his family. We would relish the smallest chance to prove the real worth of the testimony that convicted Dave and to expose the unethical tactics employed in manipulating the case against Dave by the Southeast Alabama "GOOD OLE BOYS" style justice system.

This is a heartfelt plea for support and assistance in correcting this atrocity. No one that examines the facts has been able to say, with any real conviction, that they feel justice has been served in Dave's case. It's hard to believe that our justice system could allow this to happen. Well it has happened and unless we stand up and demand that this be looked into closely, an innocent man will die and two very wonderful children will lose their Daddy.  From his 8 foot by 5 foot death-row cell, Dave maintains a loving relationship with his children.  No matter what your position is on capital punishment, no one with any conscience can justify the taking of an innocent life.

The scope of this awareness drive is twofold.  We need to expose the existence of this situation in an effort to obtain support, and we need to disable the corruption by shining a light on it.

We are also in desperate need of funding to overturn this wrongful conviction and prepare ourselves for a new and "FAIR" trial. Besides funding, we need folks with expertise in areas of law capable of committing time to our project.

We pray that this plea does not fall on deaf ears.  We have made the wise choice of taking our side to the  court of public opinion.  Ask yourself, what would you do?  Everyone that knows Dave knows he is innocent.  The true facts support our position.  This is an "URGENT" plea for your help.

I'm 42 years old, 6'2, light brown hair, blue eyes. I enjoy making outside contact. I'm an outdoorsman and enjoy all outdoor related activities.
