Plea For Assistance For Funds To Assist
            in Filing Motions with the Court

My name is William L. Thompson, and I'm a 42 year old white male on Florida's death row.  I've been on death row since July 1976 and in that time have had attornies who didn't know how to handle a death case on appeal.

I have issues that need to be raised and motions to be filed with the court.  Since I can't get an attorney to do this, then it is up to me to file what needs to be filed.

My problem is that it costs $150.00 per filing.

I've already had 2 prior death warrants signed and I do not plan on having #3 signed on me.

           Plea For Legal Assistance

I am searching for an attorney who knows how to handle a capital death case, post conviction relief, and rule 3.850 Florida code.

Must be Fla Bar Certified and who isn't afraid to take on the State of Florida.  I've got the issues to get me off of death row if I can find an attorney who will raise the right issues and who will fight for me and not the state.  I've already had 2 prior death warrants signed and don't plan on #3 even being signed.
