                           Legal Defense Ad:

In 1987, while incarcerated, guards that could mandate doors
electronically locked me in a cell with a knife wielding inmate.
It was like the movie Thunderdome, with Mad Max - two go in, one comes out !
The guards regulated it. A jury trial was held in August 1989, and I
was sentenced to death for defending myself against a predatorial inmate.
The Nevada Dept. of Prisons (NDOP) destroyed evidence and distorted facts leading to my case, in an effort to conceal what really happened.

The guards had a reputation for staging fights among inmates.
They exploited tensions to make prisoners kill each other.
I fell victim to their brutalizations, when they locked me up in a known
enemies cell.  One inmate dies. One ends up on death row, because NDOP
allowed it to happen.  My court appointed attorney's refused to put the
person on trial - doe to political intimidation.  Their deficient
performance at trial caused me to get the death penalty.
With effective counsel, I would have gotten my case dismissed; or at
worse received a less harsher sentence.
This is a travesty of justice !  I'm in dire need of financial assistance.
With funds , I can retain the legal support and resources I so desperately
need to litigate my appeal in hopes of getting a new trial.
Without funds I'll surely die an unjustifiable and ignominious death.

A travest of justice can be corrected, but only
with the help of concerned citizens like you.

                                 Personal Ad:

Compassionate people:    I have been incarcerated for 18 years.
I'm on Nevada's death row - A forgotten being, a discarded human...
I'm oppressed, ostracized and seemingly unsalvageable.  Human interaction
is a rarity in my world.  I have never felt so alone, adrift, absolutely
cut-off from everything and everyone.  It is as if I was an iceberg in the
tropics that the sun refused to melt.  for those who are interested, I
also have a legal defense fund ad running on this same website.
If you noticed that ad and want to learn more about me and my case,
you may write me directly at my prison address listed below.  In short,
I am desperately seeking support, assistance and understanding.
If you can sympathize and want to improve the quality of my life situation,
please write to:
