WHY PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE A SECOND LOOK

            *    First trial ended in a hung jury.

            *    Police videotape: " case agent had taken a statement from
a witness about the suspects and their
clothes.  The same cop that issued a Be
On The Lookout For the suspect that was
supposed to be the killer was wearing khaki
pants and a light coloured Oxford style shirt
with the sleeves rolled up.  Well, in the video
you can see this same cop take out a pair of
khaki pants and a light blue oxford shirt that
had the sleeves rolled up and put them in a
paper bag marked as evidence.  When it came
time for trial these clothes are gone.  When the
cop was asked he said he never made a
connection between them and the crime so he
got rid of them. The court said  'Hey you
can't prove he did it on purpose so its legal.'
The clothes show I couldn't  be the one. "

"The cop was caught in a lie about the clothes-
he said the reason he put the clothes in the
evidence bag in the first place was because he
realized when he saw them they fit the description
his witness had given him of the clothes the killer
had on-the opposite of what he had said at the
trial.  Then he said he never made the connection
between the clothes and the crime in any way
fashion, or form.  He threw the clothes out but
kept all the garbage from the floor of the car-
                                                empty fried chicken containers, etc."

            *    Troy's companion on the night in question was released the same day
                    he agreed to blame Troy

            *    Troy's juvenile record (from age 13) was used against him in his trial,
which is NOT allowed.  His court appointed lawyer did not even
                  object until Troy pushed him.

TROY'S NOTES ON OTHER POINTS IN THE CASE FOLLOW:

            *  "It was proven I wasn't the person who started the argument with the
                 victim"

            *   "Was supposed to have slapped the roof of getaway car with right
hand palm.  It was Neil Thomas' finger and palm print found there
                 later."

            *    "Witness Sullivan was wrong about everything that was done in
regards to who did what.  According to at least 5 statements Ms
Sullivan could not have even seen what happened at the crime
                    scene."

            *    "Ms Sullivan's photo line-up was so suggestive she had almost no
                    choice in her pick."

            *    "A man that was possibly the one who had the best and most
contact with the killers was supposedly never questioned by anyone
                   as to what he saw."

            *    "Another witness who said he got a very clear look at the driver of the
getaway car was never shown a photo line-up or questioned.

            *    "The lead detective in the case was caught committing perjury about
                    lost exculpatory evidence."

            *    "Blood spatter does not support the state's theory of what happened
                    that night.
