I am a young guy looking for nothing more than a committed Penpal.
I don't want money, I don't want you to hire me a good lawyer, and I don't want you to help me get my novel published.
I am in the minority of American prisoners who just need a friend to correspond with.
I was born in '78 in Virginia but was raised in Connecticut.
I'm a middle child of divorced parents : an Irish and English mother, a Sicilian father.
I have completed a dozen years of education and had me a stint in the military after that.
I am really into piercings and tattoos; I had seven of the former and have a large one of the latter.
I dig rock music (Korn, Godsmack et al) as well as alt. country music. (Shania, Toby Keith et al ).
I've been a prisoner since '97 and a row con since '99.  Come as you are and I will respond.
Whether you are bulimirexic or obese, pale or ebony skinned, young or elderly - male or female,
- I will readily accept your penpal ship.  So take a chance on me.  All that you stand to lose is a postage stamp if it turns out that you don't like me.
The choice is yours, web Surfer.  I will be here.
Bye / Adios / Ciao / Au revoir / etc...

The US Supreme Court has made it clear that prisoners do retain certain First Amendment rights.
As Justice Marshall has stated in a concurring opinion, in a leading case, Procunier V Martinez :

"When the prison gates slam behind an inmate, he does not lose his human quality; his mind does not become closed to ideas; his intellect does not cease to feed on a free and open interchange of opinions; his yearning for self respect does not end; nor is his quest for self realization concluded.  If anything, the needs for identity and self respect are more compelling in the dehumanizing prison environment.  Whether an O. Henry writing his short stories in  jail cell or a frightened young inmate writing his family, a prisoner needs a medium for self expression.:

TODD'S PENPAL REQUEST:

TODD JOSEPH RIZZO  I am a young guy looking to correspond with somebody that was born on the third planet from Sol.
Thats my only requirement.  I am into tattoos, the supernatural. and both rock and alt. country music....  I hope you'll choose me.
