1. We need leaders who represent the needs of the people.
2. Leadership that must hold the system accountable.
3. Leadership that is too dependant on the system can
never
represent the true concerns of the people when the system
does not work for the people.
4. Leadership must safeguard the present and the future
concerns of
all its community members.
5. Today we have leadership that acts as if we are their
servants
and they really represent themselves.
6. Leadershop should not encourage its members to keep
believing
in a system that doesn't work in the people's best interest.
