Milo Rose has been on Florida's Death Row since 1983.  In Milo's words, "Since my arrest in October of 1982 I have given the legal system every opportunity to correct itself - since it has repeatedly failed, it cannot be counted on to correct itself. I now welcome the opportunity to present the Facts which the Legal System - thus far - has been successful in suppressing."  Milo's CCADP page included his penpal request and a link to his official homepage,
which is full of details on the case.
