The Honorable Judge
Everett Young
287th Judicial District
Court
401 W Belknap St.

Dear Sir,
I'm writing this letter to request that you initiate a court of inquiry in regards to the tampering with witness Christie Klerk Meeks by investigator Charlie Johnson. I have received information that Mr. Johnson not only encouraged Mr. Meeks to falsely testify, but Mr. Johnson supplied the evidence to which Mr. Meeks testified.
In addition to the wrongdoing of Charlie Johnson, I over heard attorney George White telling his client (Charles Ferris Jr.) that he had an agreement with the state. If Mr. Ferris would refuse to testify, the state would help him resolve his current charges in Parker County. I believe that agreement amounts to misconduct by the state.
Sir, since my trial I have learned who really did the bombing and why. If something is not done - the real murderers will remain free to committ more murders. That is something, I am sure you would not want to happen. I will do everything I can to prevent that and to bring justice to those who murdered the Blounts.
I realize that you're not likely to take action in regards to this terrible miscarriage of justice, but I must relay this information to you and then make the fact that I've made this request of you, known to the public via the media and my WEB page.
If you don't take some action an innocent mans life may be taken and other innocent lives may be in jeopardy.
The investigation regarding the bombing needs to be reopened.
Sincerely and respectfully
(AN INNOCENT MAN)
Michael R. Toney
