Michael Toney is a Texas Death Row prisoner.   The following case information was sent to the CCADP by Michael for webposting in August, 2000.   About the materials below, Michael writes :

" #1 - A copy of the reward flyer which shows my exwife's motive to lie.
#2 - A copy of a police report from Wisconsin that shows she has a propensity to lie and even asks others to lie for her.  She doesn't have a problem with lying to authority figures.
#3 - the gun records.  Show my innocence by disproving the State's allegations and by showing it just isn't possible for things to have happened the way they said. "
