Dominique Jerome Green is 25 years old,
and had been on Texas death row for 7 years. His page
includes his essay on the fate awaiting death row prisoners -
"The only thing that will matter is, what is done to them, and sadly,
that certainty will be each and every one of them ultimately being
slaughtered.
As a room full of people, bloodthirsty people, that know nothing
about them watch as each man, woman, and child brought before them
is put to death and killed."

Marcus Cotton
- Texecuted March 3, 2004
" I am a man incarcerated
on the infamous Texas death row; am an indigent prisoner who has
no one able to procure the funds to assist my growth, mental-stability.
Of course, there are myriad of things needed on death row which lends
to one fight for life as well as emancipation, and his sanity. Even so,
I am a man of conscience and consciousness. This, which disallows me
to simply accept sympathy on-rewarded. I have often times attempted to
reach out to a person who could possibly aid me. To no avail. " Visit

Whittaker and Oklahoma State Bureau Investigator OSBI just told United

Judge
Tim Leonard "There is no evidence on this case. There was
never any investigation done by
any law enforcement agency in Oklahoma on this case,
the reason MR. DARKS was charged was because he showed no remorse". In Tyrone's words, "innocent

Christopher
Black - Texecuted July 9, 2003
"My days are long and sad. The only thing that kept me living
until yet was writing. I do not want romance or money, the
only thing that I want is a friend. A friend to dream with, to
talk to, to have fun with etc. I am interested in literature,
sports, jazz music, family, animals (cats), day dreaming and a lot
more. I would like everybody who writes to me and I am thankful if
YOU write to me. I will answer all your letters. " Visit his webpage
for more information.
Kia Lavoy
Johnson - Texecuted June 11, 2003
" I knew it was not me
in the video, my picture was taken, fingerprints were taken,
all to try to connect me with the crime. I had finally seen the
video after I was booked in the county jail and later saw it on television.
After I seen it, I said to myself, now how could these people say
this is me? The assailant in the video had come in the store touching
the counter and committed the crime and left. There were fingerprints
taken from the scene. After they checked to see if my prints matched,
they did not match! My picture was taken by the police, the FBI made
a check to see if the picture matched to the assailant, their was no
match period" Visit his webpage for more information on his case, and wrongful conviction/execution.
ROGER VAUGHN - Executed in Texas May 6, 2003. To
anyone who may care, I am Roger Dale Vaughn #999029. I am
a forty five year old, father of four, a husband of twenty five years,
a brother to six and on death row in Texas. I can never begin
to tell you how serious this is. Texas is one of thirty six states
in the United States that has capital punishment.
Texas kills more people in a year than all the other states together.
The court systems are not fair for all people. The poor are
almost always found guilty because the attorneys want money, and without
money they do as little as they can. It cost many people in Texas
their lives, but the courts never change. I'm in
the fight of my life, and need your help. Everything cost
money and I don't have and to fight with. I need you to want to
be my friend, to want to fight with me to stay alive. I'll
be going through a long and frustrating procedure. One that most
men become depressed and lose their selves to the darkness of pain,
I want to win and I need you to help. Please write and tell
me you want to fight with me. You want to help with being a friend
and with some financially. Be my helper to stay alive. Thanks.

DNA TEST INCONCLUSIVE - EVIDENCE TOO OLD
Amos King - Executed in Florida:
February 26, 2003
Amos King has been on Death Row in Florida for
two decades. Thanks to Barry Scheck from the Innocence Project, Governor
Jeb Bush issued a 30 day stay so that advanced DNA testing could
be done on the Caucasian hair and fingernail scrapings. Amos is an innocent man, and the DNA
test may have been his last chance to be exonerated. The
three pubic hairs and scrapings recovered from under Brady's
fingernails were too degraded to yield any results, evidence that
might still have been testable
was destroyed or lost by the state years ago. Amos has been an accomplished jail house lawyer for years now,
who had been plagued with the inability to obtain effective counsel,
partially due to the fact that he has initiated and won legal
challenges against members of the legal community in Florida. Visit
Amos page for more information on his case, links to his supporters,
news, photos, and more....

Henry Dunn Jr. - Death Row, Texecuted
February 6, 2003
" The courts are also saying that it is O.K. for officials
to arrest me without no arrest warrant or probable
cause. They turned down my
appeal saying that it is O.K. that false testimony used in my
trial to convict me and accuse me of other crimes in order for my
jury to give me a death sentence is O.K. Until now, I have never been
imprisoned before or in trouble with the law. My record was clean, I
had no criminal
record, so prosecutors used false testimony in my punishment phase
to mislead my jury into giving me a death sentence."

supporters links and news about his execution.
Granville Riddle - Texecuted
January 30, 2003
Granville Riddle had been on death row in Texas since
he was 19 years old. What is notable about Granville's case is that
the state's expert witness at his trial was Dr Ralph Erdmann, the
"famous" pathologist convicted in 1992 of faking autopsies and
knowingly giving false testimony in many homicide cases. Because of
this he is in prison himself. Visit his webpage for more information
on his case.
