To whom it may concern,
Please find enclosed a medical file brief. You'll see that exhibits #4, 5, and 6 clearly state that a foreign object of some sort is embedded in my skull.
Exhibit 9 a and b confirm that I was examined by Neurologist Dr. Albert Globus on August 6th, 1997 and strongly recommends an "MRI / BRAINSCAN" be performed as soon as possible. Exhibit #10 confirms that Warden Calderon has been aware of the NEED for the MRI / BRAINSCAN since September 15th, 1997 by Mr. McAlister having mailed a copy of Dr. Globus' letter along with his own letter. Exhibit #10 confirms that I have a "RIGHT EYE PROSTHESIS" (San Quentin Prison Medical Records.)
You'll see that there is an OBVIOUS CONTRADICTION in Exhibit 13 - as its impossible to have both VISION and a PROSTHESIS in the SAME EYE SOCKET, the same applies to Exhibit 14.
Exhibit 17 states that I was examined / evaluated by a DR. GOLBUS on 8-18-97 and DR ROBERTSON on 9-9-97...while attorney Jim Fahey's letter Exhibit 18A confirms that there is NOT a practicing neurologist named Dr. GOLBUS in the entire state of California - which would make it IMPOSSIBLE for "GOLBUS" to have examined me at any time. Additionally, San Quentin Eastblock "ESCORT RECORDS" reflect that I WAS NOT escorted out of Eastblock on either of these dates for ANY reason, which again makes it IMPOSSIBLE for me to have been examined / evaluated by anyone on these dates. (This also eliminates the possibility of the administration claiming that there is any misspellings of names....)
Exhibits 18B and C confirm that I've written to the California Medical Board on 11-19-98 and 1-4-99 for further confirmation. That "neither" Drs GOLBUS or ROBERTSON exist in the medical fields stated in Associate Warden Welch's 9-17-98 medical memo - however the California Medical Board (Roy Josephs and Jennifer ) have failed to respond to my letters of inquiry to date.
The letters and medical file was mailed to Kenneth Starr and Janet Reno (certified mailing reciepts attached) were mailed as a security precaution in the event of my death as a result of a brain haemorrage (bleeding internally) or brain tumour, as there is no doubt that San Quentin's administration would attempt to destroy my medical records to avoid liability through the courts. Additionally, medical file briefs (along with letters and documents related to the incompetent investigation and wrongful conviction which resulted in y being sentenced to Death Row in 1979.
In closing, I'll ask that you simply READ and REVIEW the enclosed medical file brief VERY VERY CAREFULLY, you'll undoubtably see the many contradictions, oversights, and neglect of the needed MRI / BRAINSCAN and removal of the foreign objects embedded in my skull, and assist in drafting a petition to the courts for the needed treatment as I continue losing my eyesight in my ONE and ONLY remaining eye.
