Texas, where he is now on
Death Row. In Lonnie's words, "On April 20, 1997 after hearing
that was a Capital Murder warrant for my arrest, I turned myself
in to clear my name.... Meanwhile, The Polk County Sherriff's
Department, along with the District Attorney's office, FABRICATED this
case against me. The record will show that most of the witnesses'
testimony against me was perjured. It will also show that most of the
evidence used against me was fabricated, botched, tainted, and yes,
even planted ! Evidence! There was also evidence which was
overlooked
that may have exonerated me from the crime." Visit his page
for more information, and Lonnie's penpal request.

Marcus Cotton - Texecuted
March 3, 2004
" I am a man
incarcerated on the infamous Texas death row; am an indigent prisoner
who has no one able to procure the funds to assist my growth,
mental-stability. Of course, there are myriad of things needed on death
row which lends to one fight for life as well as emancipation, and his
sanity. Even so, I am a man of conscience and consciousness. This,
which disallows me
to simply accept sympathy on-rewarded. I have often times attempted to
reach out to a person who could possibly aid me. To no avail. " Visit

Kia
Lavoy Johnson
- Texecuted June 11, 2003
" I knew it was not
me in the video, my picture was taken, fingerprints were taken, all to
try to connect me with the crime. I had finally seen the video after I
was booked in the county jail and later saw it on television. After I
seen it, I said to myself, now how could these people say this is
me? The assailant in the video had come in the store touching the
counter and committed the crime and left. There were fingerprints taken
from the scene. After they checked to see if my prints matched, they
did not match! My picture was taken by the police, the FBI made a check
to see if the picture matched to the assailant, their was no match
period"

Henry
Dunn Jr. - Death Row, Texecuted February 6, 2003
" The courts are also
saying that it is O.K. for officials to arrest me
without no arrest warrant or probable cause. They turned down my
appeal saying that it is O.K. that false testimony used in my trial to
convict me and accuse me
of other crimes in order for my jury to give me a death sentence is
O.K. Until
now, I have never been imprisoned before or in trouble with the law.
My record was clean, I had no criminal record, so prosecutors
used false testimony in my punishment phase to mislead my jury into
giving me a death
sentence." Vist Henry's page for more info on his case, his
request for assistance, supporters links and news about his execution.
Granville Riddle -
Texecuted January 30, 2003

The D.A. Stops
New DNA Tests !
Jesse Patrick Sr -
Texecuted September 17, 2002
Could a simple DNA test
prove his innocence ? " I am in desperate need of someone to
help me raise the money for another investigation into this
matter. I will gladly have a copy of the Transcripts made and
sent to anyone willing to help me on this matter. As the
Transcripts clearly state that the DNA evidence DOES NOT MATCH MINE
!... " Visit Jesse's page for more information on his case,

The 3rd Juvenile executed this year
in Texas !
Toronto Patterson -
Juvenile Texecuted - August 28, 2002
Toronto Patterson is
another juvenile , only 17 at the time of the crime, who was condemned
to death in
Texas. When Toronto
originally wrote the CCADP, he was working on a book, which he hoped
would
enable him to
raise funds for his defense. Visit his page which includes case
information, an alert from
the ECADP - European
Coalition Against the Death Penalty, his poetry, his artwork, the
original plea for
friendship and support he
sent us and many more links. America again ignores international law and
internationally accepted
principles, by executing the 3rd juvenile offender in Texas this year.
Governor Perry Ignores Invitation To Attend Execution !
Gary Etheridge - Texecuted
August 20, 2002
Governor Perry was invited
by Claudia (Gary's Wife) to attend the execution: "...It’s now
time for you to
have the courage of your
convictions and stand up to your own words. I think it would be
important to
you to finally witness an
execution since you already signed so many death warrants," the letter
reads.
Needless to say Perry
didn't have the courage to respond to her letter. Gary was born in 1964
and had
been on death
row since he was 26 years old. He is the father of two

need a shoulder
to
lean on and someone who explain to me that it was the right thing to
kill my husband. "
- Gary's wife Claudia, in a letter to Governor Rick Perry - May 17,
2002.
Despite
Protests from: Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile,
Colombia,
El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama,
Paraguay, Poland,
Spain, Uruguay and Venezuela, Perry ignores the
international
outcry and does
serious damage America's reputation abroad... |

Denied !
Daniel Reneau - Texecuted
June 13, 2002
"I’m not close to being
perfect but when you compare my case and background to other people who

committed murder, multiple murder, gotten released, killed
again
and still aren’t on Death
Row. People that have been in trouble all their lives." Visit his
