Dear Sir/Madam:
As you will see I am at the above address mentioned.  My reason for these
few things is that I will really appreciate any help I can receive from
the outside world.

MY CASE:
I had bought a car from a man which appeared to be stolen and when I under-
stood the car to be stolen, I parked it for the police to get it.  One
month after I saw the man who sold me the stolen car and I picked him up
in a car that I was driving at the time and took him for a drive to discuss
a refund of the money that I had paid for the car.  On the way, an argument
started with the man and myself and he jumped out of the car and got
bounced by the next car that was behind my car.  12 days after, I was
arrested and charged for murder.  I was convicted and sentenced to death
on May 29, 1996.  On October 17, 1997 the local court of appeals ordered a
retrial and was then convicted and sentenced to death for a second time on
May 29, 1998.  My appeal was dismissed at the Privy Council and at this
time I have a petition before, (The Inter-American Commission on Human
Rights).

Sir, I would like to have my case re-opened at the Privy Council based on
these facts:

(1)  The pathologist in my case was not qualified as a Forensic Pathologist to give evidence in court in a court of law.

(2)  The Justice of the Peace (Mr. Charles) is at this time before the
court in Trinidad charged with (14) counts of fraud.
