On Jan. 20,1998 I went to Kenny's apartment it was around 5:00 and I remember Monica saying she's going to be gone to work soon. I was feeling tried so I went to sleep, when I woke up I heard Kenny, Detrick, Sammy and I didn't know the other one, but he was mexican. They were listening to music, drinking beer and smoking weed, so I got up to join them.  They started talking about basketball, so we said lets go to the court and the mexican dude I did know went to another apartment to change clothes.  I remember him saying he's going to quit his job at McDondles. He said the only reason he had the job was to try to pay off a bond's man ! So after that we all went to the park, but didn't have a basketball so Detrick went to some apartment behind the school to some persons apartment I didn't know at the time, and got a ball.  We played ball for about an hour - hour and a half. Then we walked over to the apartment where he got the ball and we all went in side.  The girls asked Kenny isn't he the one that go's with her cousin Monica? Kenny said no cause he didn't want her to tell Monica that he was trying to talk to her.  She took Kenny to another room (we all followed though) and told him to sign her board, it was wood with a lot of names and other signs.  I think all of us signed it.  After tbat we went back to that same room and the girls left us in there by ourselves and I had broken a glass or something, I didn't know what it was.  Everybody was laughing when they came to see what had happen.  They started to tell us to leave, but no one got up to leave, but after awhile we got tired of them crying about the broken glass so we left.  We all went to Kenny's Apartment and then went to stand outside and talk by the stairs.  We were still drinking beer and we eventually went over to another building where Kenny had he's last apartment down stairs.  The mexican dude that I didn't know had a girlfriend upstairs, so he went upstairs, and then we saw a girl in a little truck witch came out to be Detrick's and them sister.  Kenny talked to her and then every body put in money to get some beer.  Sammy went with her after they left we all just sat around talking.  Then Kenny told me lets go to his apartment.  We told Detrick to just pay him back on the beer when he catch up with them.  We went and got our jackets and started to walk downstairs when we seen Maria C.  She was taking noise to Kenny when we got halfway to her Kenny took off after her, she ran into her apartment.  After that we started to walk to the road in back of the apartments when I heard a woman tell Kenny hi.  Kenny waved and hit his pocket referring to his pager for her to page him.  As we walked off I asked Kenny who she was ? and he told me "thats his show bunny" (white girl) then he said linda but she always tells him to call her by her middle name which I didn't know, then I asked him was she the same one he wrote me about before I got out, he said yeah.  After that I started asking him if she had money.  Then I remember seeing a cop car there not too long ago, so I asked if she was a cop, he said no her boyfriend was and her dad is too!  I remember telling him that she could set him up, because he sold a lot of weed and he said she knew !  Then we made it to the baseball park and his pager went off.  We walked to Little Chris house and got high and talked for awhile, while Kenny was on the phone with a girl name Jessica that I met two days before.  After he got off I called my mom to come pick me up. Once my mom came I told Kenny I'll be back later. He told me if I needed to get in the apartment the key was still under the mat at the door. My mom took me to get something to eat. We drove to South Inn and looked around to see if I could find my girlfriend (Makisha).  We didn't so  I got out in front of AJ's (club) and told my mom I was going to stay, she left. I talked to my home boys and smoked a little weed. That's when my home boy came, he stopped and told me to get in.   We were driving around drinking beer and smoking weed, just talking about how long I had been out and what I was doing.  We drove to Bay Breeze Apartments, thats when I thought about what Kenny said.  He had said that that white girl stayed alone and I knew if she had family that worked for the law she had some kind of money (guns something.)  I told my home boy about it, he wanted to go wright then, but I told him lets go to Kenny's apartment.  I knew Kenny had an old gun and a new one.  So once we got to the apartment I got the key from under the door mat.  I knew Kenny wasn't there because all the lights were off.  Once we got in I told him there should be some beer in the ice box.  I went to the vent in the hallway by the rest room and across from Kenny's room and opened the filter vent and pulled out the 22 pump I was looking for the 9 miller meter, but I couldn't find it or it wasn't there, one of the two.  I told him where she stayed.  All we were going to do was steal her stuff and leave, that was the whole plan.  We drove the car by the house a couple times.  Then I saw Kenny come out of the trailer, I ducked down in the seat so he couldn't see me.  I told my home boy that was my brother Kenny right there and to keep driving straight ahead.  Then I told him to lets see where Kenny was going.  I saw him turn the corner so I figured he was going to Little Chris house, thats when I told my home boy to park the car in the back of Kenny's apartment, if I'm right I think there was a diesel back there too.  We parked right behind it.  We had blue bandanna's in our pocket, we walked to where Kenny's old apartment was and walked across the street.  The whole time I had the gun in my jacket, once we got in the yard we put on bandannas, my home boy said he wanted to carry the gun and for me to kick in the door.  I kicked the door in and we walked in.  There was a chair in the way he moved it, he went in first, I followed right behind, once we got to the back room past the kitchen we notice the TV was on and as soon as we looked in she was awake laying on top of the covers.  When she saw the gun she started waking up the kids. I didn't even know they were in the bed.  My home boy said "get on the ground," they all moved to the floor, thats when I went to the front room and started putting things in a blue basket.  After I did that I went back to the room and my home boy  went to the front room and took loose the TV and some other things and sat them by the door. We had already been in the trailer over 30 minutes then he came back and asked the woman if she had any jewelry she said "No", so he said "if he finds some he would kill her," so she told him where it was.  I went to get it and poured it onto the bed it was all in a jewelry box.  I looked up and my home boy had ripped off womans panties and started having sex with her, but I stopped it just as soon as it started.  He had his privet already in her, but he took it out and stood up so I thought it was over.  I took the box of jewelry to the front room and put it in the basket,  then came back when I came back he had his privet in the womans mouth, I had the gun in my hand and had it pointed at where he was and shot it into the closet.  He stopped and looked at me and asked me whats up?  I said we didn't come for that and plus the little boy was looking.  So he stopped, I told him to walk the basket to the apartment and I'll stay in the house and watch.  I just didn't want him to rape her.  I saw a phone on the ground by a table where they were, so I walked over and snatched it out the wall so they couldn't use it.  Once he came back, we got the TV outside, he said lets just put the TV in the car and take the car too !  So we put the TV in the back seat  and I went to get the keys, I gave them to him, he was going to drive, I didn't know how to drive well.  He tried to start the car, but couldn't so he got out with the gun and closed the door.  He came back in seconds so I knew he didn't rape her.  He had some more keys this time he was trying to move fast, I could tell he was scared.  This time he got out and went back to the trailer, he was taking so long so I got out and walked in, I hear the gun go off, I walk in the room and he shot her again.  I took off and then he came and then we got the TV out and we carried the TV off to the apartment.  I knew someone had to hear us cause I was telling my home boy to hurry up, we walked all the way around the apartment to where the car was, then came back up the stairs to the apartment.  Once we got into the apartment I just looked at him.  He said if any one of us get caught don't say shit.  Thats when I said why you shoot her.  I didn't want any witnesses and if you wouldn't have came when you did I probably would of shot the kids.  I told him to give me the gun so I could wipe it off, really I just didn't want it in his hand at the time.  I wiped it off and put it back where I got it.  When I came back I heard a knock on the door, I thought it was the cops until Kenny said open the mother fucking door.  My home boy said you can have the stuff I got to go him and Kenny said whats up when they passed each other.  After the door close Kenny saw the TV and asked where it came from, I just said we jacked it.  We started looking threw the stuff, then Kenny got the purse and looked threw it and seen who we had jacked he got mad, nt because we jacked her, but because we brought the stolen stuff to his apartment and then he started telling me he had been over there about an hour ago then I told him that O-Boy had killed her.  Then he got scared, but more mad then anything.  Saying his fingerprints are all over the trailer house.  When I told him that she had been raped too, me and him was going to fight until I told him I didn't rape her that my homeboy did.   We started looking threw the stuff that's when Kenny just blow-up, he had thought about it and realized he just had sex with her, so his sperm should still be in her.  I told him I had stopped him just as soon as he put himself in her.  Then I said she sucked his dick too !  All he could say was "that's fucked up".  I was looking threw the stuff when I heard someone knock.  Kenny came and looked out the window then let monica in.  I showed monica what I got, she just looked at Kenny.  Kenny said I ain't done shit and it ain't gonna ever happen again.  He looked at me so I knew he meant me doing it again.  After all that me and Kenny cleaned everything up.  We all were going to get ready to go to sleep but I couldn't.  Everything that happen set in on me and I was getting real scared of what would happen.  I called Kenny to the kitchen and told him I was scared and didn't know what to do.  He said don't worry if something go's down, he'll be right there with me right or wrong.  After that Monica was saying she had a stomach ache so Kenny told me to go with her to the store, Kenny was on probation and there was cops every where so he couldn't go.  He said he didn't want Monica walking out there by herself so I went.  I tried to avoid the cops by taking a back street.  Monica started to ask where did me and Kenny get the stuff from, I was going to tell her it wasn't Kenny, but she wouldn't believe that.  She had already made up her mind that Kenny had something to do with it even though Kenny told her he didn't do anything !   I just answered her question, I told her "we got it from the trailer," I told her the woman got shot.  She acted like she didn't believe me, but I kept saying "we" did it, me and him.  I never told her Kenny, because I didn't want her going back to Kenny and saying I said he had something to do with it.  On the way too the store "we" stopped at some little apartments where she got a little blue car from a friend and we drove to the stor, came back to the apartment and I told her I didn't want to stay at the apartment so she took me to Maria's apartment that is in the same complex as Kenny's (Bay Manner).  I slept on the couch.  The next morning I got up and Maria said there is a lot of police at the corner !  so we walked out side to look, thats when she said I bet you and Kenny did that.  I just looked at her and we walked back to the apartment I told her the whole story.   I told Monica !  But I told her for sure it was not Kenny.  Then we walked to Kenny's apartment.  Kenny and Monica was still asleep, they got up and we was talking about what people were saying happen.  Once that was over I called my mom to come pick me up.  While I was waiting to be picked up I talked to Kenny, he said don't worry he'll stay by me till the end.   My mom came to pick me up and took me to my girlfriends house.  I stayed there till around 6:30, my mom came to get me, she told me the cops were looking for Kenny.  I asked why ? She said murder.  I said what !  I couldn't believe they were looking for him and not me.  We drove to Chads place, and Kenny and Chad was at the porch talking, they hugged and Kenny got in the car.  Mom asked where to go !  He said to Lynn's our sisters apartment in Bay Brook, once we got there he got out talked to lynn and came back, he said they had been over to her house looking for us.  Mom asked did he want to leave town, he said no take me to the police station.  She kept asking was he sure and he said yes.  Thats when we all went to the station.  They put us in two different rooms, I could hear Kenny yelling at someone.  He passed where I was about five hours later and said "just chill"!
I went to the hospital, then they took me to lock up !  The end.
