PETITION
This petition pertains to the innocence of a man on Death Row.  This man being John Wm. Byrd Jr.,
who has always stated that he is innocent.  His case was held in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
They denied him a new trial due to no found errors.  This letter attached is from Judge Jones, who
respectfully after studying this case has found every reason to over turn this conviction.  We are now
asking Gov. Taft to grant him Clemency until further investigation can be done or to review the case
and set him free, time served.  We the family Thank You for your time, letters, signatures and prayers.
