Hi, My name is George, and I am currently
on Death Row here in Arizona.
I was told of your free service through
numerous friends and acquaintances, and I would like to have a short page
done up for me.
In it I would be most appreciative
if you'd say that I am seeking both pen pals and financial support for
my basic needs.
As you all have probably discovered
that here in Arizona, Death Row, not too many jobs are available and in
the past I did hold a job in the other unit. But since moving to
this new unit, our means have become quite complicated !
I have been on the row for almost
11yrs, and have kept myself busy, both spiritually and academically.
With so little funds to really splurge
on birthday cards and things of that sort, I find that writing letters
and short stories of my long-lived life, is my way of sharing.
I have lived a long 47 years, with
two failed marriages, three almost grown kids, (no parental custody).
I used to enjoy horses, camping, long
drives and sort jazz, baseball, softball and numerous mantic arts.
Now, well no more horses, camping or
long drives ! But soft jazz, baseball, softball and the mantic arts
still capture my imagination. I also study many religions, even though
my basic foundation is Christian. I also love to learn languages !
At this moment I am undergoing a Dutch, French and Italian dilemma !
Because of the only books I do have
are of these languages !
My dislikes, I'm flexible and very
willing to correspond to any and all
who wish to hear from me!
I have been told that I was a good
listener and have big enough shoulders to carry the load, but I am just
an ole 47 year old man who needs and wishes to have friends.
