Incarcerated SM, Unjustly convicted, currently
on death row! But while liberation by legal means, is one of my main
objectives, I do have other interests and goals! However until my
innocence! is actually proven, by way of appeal, I remain confined
here at San Quentin. WHAT I'M SEEKING IS CORRRESPONDANCE FOR THE
SAKE OF
FRIENDSHIP. Someone who's sincere,
compassionate, and able to empathize with my adverse situation, in terms
of moral support, etc. Theism, writing, Business Administration,
Math, and Computer Science are just some of the subjects of my interest,
and my willingness to learn more. So that I can make a greater contribution
to society, upon my release! If you have one drop! of sympathy or
compassion within your heart! please! Let that sensitivity emerge as being
responsive to my plea! Or should you know of someone else, an Organization,
Agency, or Group, who may be acquienscent towards my unfortunate circumstance.

Case

I claim my innocence now as I did in trial, but even though, that is the absolute truth, it has fallen on death ears.
I was convicted on pure circumstantial evidence in addition to misidentification of, being in the area in which the crimes occurred.
What happened was my dealings on the "black market" brought me into possession of a bracelet (that I had no idea of being stolen) that had recently been robbed from a lady who eventually died.
As usual, I sold the bracelet for its intrinsic value ! To a legal license gold broker, giving my identification and finger print.
Now if knowing it was hot property I may not have bought it, but I sure would not have sold it, in that sense.
Anyhow ! That's how I was arrested and charged with first degree robbery and murder.
But here's the kicker ! My face, name, etc was splashed all over then media, for crimes of that nature, in addition to the DA charging me with every crime similar to that one, to strengthen his case for a sure conviction.
Now that I'm on Death Row proving these issues are much harder than before.
Just
recently I was assigned some "state public defenders" that are known
to be ineffective
in
representation (the last 6 or 7 people executed were directly or indirectly
represented by them. )
As of this date, I've been incarcerated for 12 years, the last 7 years on death row and I can't get copies of my trial transcripts and police reports etc. Which leads me to believe the attorneys don't want me (us) to work parallel with them having any influence or input on their tactical decisions.
Never the less! I remain optimistic towards my situation. Hoping that I will connect with someone who has a degree of belief in my case !
