Frank Anderson
Death Row, Arizona
I welcome all pen-pals. As I feel we are all brothers and
sisters in Christ....Let me take a few minutes here to introduce
myself. And let you know a little about me. My name is Frank
Anderson. I'm 54 years old. Born 4 April in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
But I was raised all over the United States. I ended up calling
the Palmdale/Lancaster California area home.
I became a born again son of God on May 1,
1997. In the Mohave County Jail here in Arizona. And have
been serving the Lord with a small writing ministry since 1999. That
is as funds permit.
I was married for just a few days short of 30 years. When
I lost my wife to cancer in 1997. My only family now is my
mother living in Rosamond, California. She just passed the 80
year mark.
I love the Lord, kids, animals, reading and studying the
word of God. Most of all writing and sharing His Word with others.
I also like to collect and share poems. Like this one
by James Dillet Freeman titled :
"Springs Song In Me:"
March is a month that does not know
Which way its famous winds may blow,
Some years they pile on snow on snow
Its not by calendar or chart -
I know the day when spring will start :
Spring is a quickening in my heart.
Spring is a lovely, lively zest,
A longing for our human best
A lust for life at its loveliest
Its nothing that I hear or see,
Let the weather be what it may be
I know when its spring in me.
Something in me begins to sing
And the song I sing is spring! spring! spring!
Now a little about my case. It is a real mess. It
has been overturned once at the direct appeal level. And I
have no doubt it will be overturned again....Here is a list of a few
things I would like to draw attention to.
1. Lack of contact with my attorneys
2. Attorney's lack of criminal law (my second chair had
never worked on a criminal case. )
3. Lack of time to work on my case
4) The way my statement was taken.
As for any financial support in my case, I don't need
so far getting money from the court has been no problem. My
attorney did not use it in the best way to help me.
But any small amount of financial support. To cover
cost of hygiene items, stamps, writing supplies and coffee. Would
be very much appreciated. Like I tell everyone $5.00 or $10.00
dollars a month is a great help. A man can make it easy on $15.00
- $20.00 a week in here....
I will close off here for now....I look forward to hearing
from you soon. Thank you for your time.
In His Love and Service,

When Arizona tried to ban prisoners
from the internet and CCADP was compiling information from the web
to post on their behalf - We re-posted this pen pal request from an Italian
website for prisoner penpals...
FRANK ANDERSON'S PEN PAL REQUEST:
I am writing to ask your help in finding
pen-friends. At this time I am a death row inmate. I can read and write
english only. I am 50 years old born in Harrisburg, but lived most my life
in California. I was married for almost 30 years, then my wife passed away.
I love kids and animals and being outdoor. I will write to all as we are
all brothers and sisters in the Lord. I will close now, hoping to hear from
you soon.
