Hello dear friends and/or contributors! How are you doing:
and feeling today? My name is Eric Lynn Moore and I am currently living on Texas Death Row for a murder I did not commit, so therefore I am campaigning to raise funds in hopes to prove my innocence. We do have a problem within our justice system and it is called political power, using the poor, weak and the oppressed only to move up the ladder for their own political and financial gain.

To began with, I will ask you to read my letter with an open heart and mind. I was convicted of Capital Murder on June 20, 1991 for a murder I did not commit. I was sent to death row just years after.

On November 20, 1995, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals denied the issues/violations, that was raised in my case, so therefore my case was affirmed. By them affirming my case, it means that my case is now moving through the system. I am on my second level of appeals and there are three. If I don't get any positive response from the higher courts, then my case will go to the federal level, which is the third and final level. If I cannot prove to them that my rights was violated, then I will be executed for a murder I didn't do. Also at this time, I am eligible to receive an execution date.

Unlike some people, I am never going to give up the fight to save my life. In doing so, I will need financial support to assist me with my efforts. I cannot ask you or tell you how much to send, that will be totally up to you on that matter. Any contribution that you make on my behalf will be greatly appreciated and put to good use for a very important cause. If you can help a person you have never seen or spoken to, then please help me. My time is running out fast !

Cases here in Texas are going through the appeals courts at a rapid speed. Texas is leading the nation in the most executions, (135 since I've been here), most people executed in one night, and that's not to mention all the hundreds of others who have been executed in the past 10 to 20 years.

Capital punishment is getting out of control and that's why I have to take this fight to save my life into my own hands. If not I could be executed by lethal injection in a few short months, now that my case has been affirmed.

The reason that I am asking for donations is that any and all money contributed will go into a legal defense fund that is set up on my behalf to provide me with the proper representation that I so desperately need and deserve. I compare the state of Texas to the black widow spider, she spins her web and kills everything that gets caught up in it. The altered courts is where Texas spins it's web and here on death row is where you get caught up in it to die, "GUILTY or INNOCENT"! The red dots that is displayed on the black widow represents the bloodstains that is on the hands of the Texas executioners and other parties who are involved.
