    Hi! I want to apoligize for not getting back with you sooner but as you know I am now faced with a "Legalized Murder" scheduled for the 28th of October.  I want to be optimistic and say that I will get a stay,even if it's a short one,but being here on Death Row for so long I've seen other people's hopes ruined so I don't want to give myself too much hope for a stay.  I feel more comfortable keeping the thought of being  Murdered on the 28th because then my mind won't deceive me about any illussions of a stay,if one doesn't come.  I 'm not saying that I'm giving up hope because this is something I'll "NEVER" do,but I have to prepare myself for this fight of my life that I'm facing.  Believe me, I am going to fight them every step of the way.  I refuse to systematically lay down for these people.  I  don't accept their Death Sentence and I
don't believe in it.  Not because I'm here on Death Row,but because it is wrong!!! These
people will "Torture" ME before it is all over with because I said I am going to fight until I can't fight any more.
    I want you to know that an Angel was sent to me.  Her name is Hermelinda Aguilar.  She will be paying for the DNA Test,so I do expect something good to come my way from this because there was a recent ruling in the courts that say there is no time limit in presenting DNA to the courts.  Even though this is good news I still refuse to let my guard down until this date is removed from me.  I hope you can understand my way of thinking.  I have asked Hermelinda to give you my "new" attorney's name,address, phone number, and e-mail address so you  can post it on my web page.  As for my drawing ?  I'll try and get it to you before too long .  It's just  since I found out about my date my head has been  spinning and I haven't had  time to finish it,but I'll work on it and try getting it done soon.  Be expecting a letter from me soon.  By the way, I did get your message from Alessandra,in Houston.  It just reached me the other day.  PLEASE make a note on my web-page informing people that I am back here at Ellis Unit.  They
transfered me here on the 13th.  I am being housed in "Solitary Confinement."  They call
it F-Wing but  it's really Solitary.  They feel I am less of a "treat" to them back here so I do not have access to the Daily News like the majority of other Death Row Prisoners here on the Ellis Unit. Anyway just thought  you should know this.  Well be expecting a letter from me soon with all the latest news and update, Until then know that you are in my thoughts, heart and soul.  By the way, "Thanks"for the Web-Page.  I've seen it and it looks nice.  Hopefully I'll get a stay so I can add some of my art work to it.  "SMILE" Before I forget, In my letter to you I will be enclosing a copy of the letter my "new" lawyer wrote to my wife.  I want you to put it on the internet so people can see what he thinks and had to say about my case.  Until then take care!

       Here you find me taking time to drop you these few quick lines to let you know that you should be getting a letter from me soon. Along with a copy of the letter my "new" lawyer gave to my wife. I want you to put this on my web-page as well.
I am happy to say that I got a letter from Mesquite, Texas (Suburb of Dallas)  from a lady name "Hermelinda Aguilar" telling me that she will pay for the much needed DNA Test, and hopefully with this I'll be granted a stay long enough to get the result back. Lets keep our fingers crossed!!! I still need to raise more money to pay for the Investigator whose already investigating my case, and some of the much needed lawyer fee. You'll see what I'm talking
about in his letter I sent to you. The cost is in the letter I sent to you, which you should be getting in a few days. It is my understanding that a lot of people are trying to get a hold of my attorney. Just so you'll know I got rid of that court appointed lawyer.He didn't know what he was doing. Fool is trying to get me killed! With this "new" lawyer there is HOPE but we have to
act fast. Anyway here is the information on my "new" lawyer at the end of this message. I want you to make a note and put it on my web-page informing people if they want to contact him that he can be reached at these numbers.  Also, he will be going out of town next week. He won't be back for at least two weeks so make sure you have everybody contact him as soon as possible. If I remember correctly he said he'll be leaving either on the 12th or the 13th of October, so there isn't much time to reach him before he leaves. Although he will be out of the country there's no need to worry because he has a partner working with him on my case name "Walter" who will be handling things while he is away. I just got your letter yesterday and I'll try answering it soon. Well, I better let you go for now so you can get this soon.

P.S.  I am looking for News Reporters from Italy, Switzerland, and Germany who is willing to come witness my Legalized Murder. Please put the word out because I do plan to resist and in return they will "Torturre" me before they murder me, if it get to that point! I need to have these Reporters names before 13th so I can put them on my own personal witness list so make sure they contact me before then. If they need to have them send Alessandra their
information so she can get it to me sooner. Time is running out......
