Hector Barrow, a young man
who is a citizen of the country of Guyana, was never afforded his rights
under the Vienna Convention (the right to contact the Consulate of his country
upon arrest. Hector was born in 1972 and is a father. He has been
on death row since 1996. Page explains the circumstances surrounding
his life and arrest.

of the lifer's association, a HIV / AIDS peer education, and the editor of
"Just Say No to Death Row" news publication.
He was born in Chester, PA, and is the father and grandfather of a beautiful and loving family.
