                        Mr. Davis Legal Notice / Disclaimer

Richard Allen Davis was made aware that items relating to him were being sold on auction
sites such as Ebay by members of the public without his knowledge or permission.  This legal
notice was to serve as Davis' notice to the public that he has never given permission for nor
profitted from these sales, nor will he ever.  It also served as his warning to those involved in
such sales to cease and desist or leave themselves open to legal action.
