From Penn-Pals the following has been learned: Please note that Charles Raby, has been wrongfully convicted, and new information has come to light to prove that DNA testing eliminated him from the scene of the crime. That two state witnesses perjured themselves under oath to assist the prosecutor to obtain a death penalty. In addition, new potential witnesses will be called, if a new hearing can be arranged, to refute the perjury of those at the first trial. Presently, much needed financial support is extremely welcome.
