Krishendath Seepersad
In Krishendath's words, " I was convicted and sentenced to death on May 29, 1996.  On October 17, 1997 the local court of appeals ordered a retrial and was then convicted and sentenced to death for a second time on May 29, 1998.  My appeal was dismissed at the Privy Council and at this time I have a petition before, (The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights)."  Page includes detailed case history and information.
