MORE POETRY FROM BILLY RAY RIGGS
You're the joy and
magic in my life
You're the sparkle
that wiped out misery and strife
You're the magic
that sings in my heart
You're the hope and
happiness love imparts.
You're all the things
that make life so dear.
You're my gift of
happiness all through the year.
Love always and forever...

COUNTERFEIT
SMILE
Its easy to fool
others
About how we really
feel
Whats the use in
worrying?
Life is really no
big deal.
A counterfeit smile
shows no pain
And covers most of
our despair
Just a little faith
would give us peace
Gods love is beyond
compare
I never could understand
What path was right
for me
He said surrender
to his will
I pretended I could
not see
Its always been this
way
Even as a child
We all hide our troubles
And smile, smile,
smile.

FOREVER LOVE
My prayers have been
answered
Now I am a happy
man
Cause love has found
its way to me
Through our God's
Divine Plan
It says, "I have
to share my world."
My love and feelings
too
And also be your
solid rock
To make life smooth
for you
The plan requires
tenderness
Compassion, joy,
concern
The sharing of ideas
and thoughts
So both of us can
learn
What makes the other
person tick
or brightens up their
heart
So we can always
be real close
Whenever we're apart
God's given me this
chance to love
Cause of my firm
belief
No longer will my
days be glum
Or nights be filled
with grief
So beautiful, child
of God
Together let us pray
The love with which
we have been blessed
Forever it will stay
Between us, where
it does belong
Growing strong and
pure
Exuding all the qualities
To make sure it will
endure.

I see the world and
all its wonder,
I touch the sky of
which I'm under.
I see the doves and
how they fly,
Through silver linings
in the sky.
I watch the days
turn to night,
I watch the stars
shining bright.
Another day has come
to an end,
The smell of roses
fresh and loud.
Ivory horses running
free,
These are the visions
that I see.
Colored pictures
in my dreams,
Of fresh clear water,
valley streams.
I only wish a woman
could be,
In these visions
that I see.

MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS
I walked one day
down a mountain-path
Pondering my troubled
life,
Not seeing the beauty
all around,
Just thinking of
the care and strife.
My head was bent,
my mind was low,
My eyes were on myself
alone
I stumbled on that
lonely path
I stumbled on a stepping
stone.
I stopped, I looked,
my eyes beheld
The beauty all around
me.
I cried, oh Lord,
oh how I need
To get my eyes upon
thee.
Now I walk up the
mountain path
My eyes to God above
The care amd strife
are long since gone
Since I'm covered
by His love.

Oh let me hold you
When you're down
and in need
Oh let me hold you
Cleanse you from
sin and set you free
Oh let me hold you
Jesus has called
me to be at my best
Oh let me hold me
He knows my heart
and in that I can rest.
Oh let me hold you
While I teach you
to love one another.
Oh let me hold you
You should say to
all your sisters and brothers
Oh let me hold you
Jesus said when I
was a stranger
Oh let me hold you
Everytime the Lord
rescues me from danger
Oh let me hold you
Through faltering
steps and ebbing strength
Oh let me hold you
When he says, "fear
not what others think."
Oh let me hold you
Try me, oh Saviour,
know my thoughts I pray
Oh let me hold you
I know I'm a sinner
and Christ is my need
Oh let me hold you
His death is my ransom,
no merit I plead
Oh let me hold you
His work is sufficient,
in Him I believe,
Oh let me hold you
I have life eternal
when Him I receive

Are you lonely? Suffering from lack of attention ? Need a friend to
talk to ? Are you tired of being toyed with??? So am I.
Lets get together and talk about it.
I am seeking correspondence with fun loving, sincere female / lady to share
warmth, hope, fears and dreams with. I want to dispel the myths about
the incarcerated men and create a meaningful friendly correspondence.
Age, race, geographical location unimportant.
I am single, male, age 51, 5'6", 180 pounds, very muscular build. I
have curly black hair with a little grey on the sides and brown eyes.
My loves are bodybuilding, art, poetry, historic literature, and classical
music. I love to write and recieve letters from people who want to
share their lives and how they see life in general. I am not afraid
to express my sensitivity and emotions. Will write to any likeminded
female/lady.
Even the strong need some form of support and encouragement. If you
are that special person out there who can spare a few minutes of your time
for someone in my position without being judgemental, I would appreciate
hearing from you. I am sure the experience will be both emotionally
touching and spiritually uplifting.
