There is a high ranking conspiracy by officials in the state of Indiana to undermine my legal defense appeal. Moreover, members of the Indiana Supreme court are part and parcel of this unlawful conspiracy. The office of Indiana State Attorney General represent the judges on the court as their personal legal counsel. I have factual material evidence to support my concrete claims of intentional discrimination in the handling of my appeal to the court. In a letter to the Indiana Supreme Court, Zolo Agona Azania has accused Chief Justice Randall T. Shepard of illegally interfering with Azania's appeal. Azania, appealing a 1982 conviction and death sentence for the killing of a Gary, Indiana police officer during an armed bank expropriation, has accused Shepard of secretly ordering state Supreme Court Clerks to remove documents from his file in some instances, and not to file Azania's motions in other instances. If the allegations are true, such conduct would be highly unethical or illegal.

Mr. Randall T. Shepard, Chief Justice
Supreme Court of Indiana
217 State House
Indianapolis, Indiana 46204
Dear Chief Judge Shepard:
SERIES OF JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT
As you know, before I can proceed in federal court on a petition for post conviction relief I must first properly exhaust all claims and remedies in state court.
I have submitted pleadings to this court
on various dates for processing :
(1) Motion for Appointment of Substitution
of Counsel to Effect Appeal; (2) Motion To Brief All Claims of Error
For Appeal; (3) Motion To Present Pro Se Briefs And Motions On Appeal And
Brief In Support; and (4) Motion for Presentation of Appeal Claims Without
Waiver.
You instructed the Clerk Mr. H. John Okeson to snatch my court documents out of the record. Then you told the Court Administrators Mr. Douglas B. Cressler and Ms. Greta M. Scodro that attorneys appointed to represent me are permitted to maintain conflicts of interest as long as they don't file a motion confessing to it. You also assured those attorneys over the telephone that you was not going to take any actions on the motions filed by me.
Not only are you aware of the illegal subversion of my case, you're actively participating in the cover up! You can no longer pretend that you didn't do it. I provided you with the evidence that Michelle M. Fennessy and Kevin L. Likes conspired with the prosecutor against me. Ms. Fennessy sold me out to keep the police and judiciary system from looking bad.During that period of time she was campaigning in pursuit of a judgeship in Allen County. But she still lost the November 1996 election to ex-prosecutor Frances C. Gull. I do not, and did not, consent to any of this.
Your prejudicial conduct under color of state law is plain to see. This indicate a very serious problem that has been going on for too long. I demand it stop.
Sincerely,
Zolo Agona Azania
