Dear Judge Toomin,
I am writing you about AARON PATTERSON, a prisoner on death row in the Pontiac Correctional Center.
I am requesting that you grant AARON a new trial with a reasonable bond. Please review the entire case including the Willie Washington connection, the fact that there were no eyewitnesses and the recantation by Marva Hall, who admits former State's Attorney Jack Hynes coerced her to give perjured testimony.
Also, there was no physical evidence connected to AARON PATTERSON. AARON's police record does not qualify him as a suspect. And the bloody shoepritns in the victim's house did not match those of AARON PATTERSON.
alleged confession was not written or signed by AARON PATTERSON. There was no taped or recorded statement. There were no notes of confession by the State's Attorney, Kip Owens.
Please carefully consider all the above information and grant AARON PATTERSON a new trial. He has been in prison for over 15 years based on much coerced and false evidence. Give AARON PATTERSON a fresh start with a fair and just new tria.
Thank you for reading my letter and taking prompt action to seek justice for AARON PATTERSON.
Sincerely,
