I am writing you concerning the case of AARON PATTERSON, a prisoner on death row at Pontiac  Correctional Center.  AARON has been on death row for 15 years probably serving an unjust sentence.

I am asking you to turn over exculpatory evidence, the fingerprints of the cassette recorder.

Also please review the Willie Washington connections to this case.  And please agree to a reasonable bond or home monitoring for AARON.  Please agree to a new trial by not opposng a motion for summary judgement.

And lastly please stop all the untimely delay tactics in court by asking for continuances or refusing to turn over discovery evidence to AARON's lawyers.

Thank you for reading this letter and taking into serious consideration the requests I have made.  In your position as State's Attorney you can see that AARON PATTERSON recieves fair and honest treatment from the state of Illinois.
