old male in IL. on Menard Prison's Death Row and in desperate need of help,
from good people such as yourselves. As you already know there are
a lot of people claiming their innocence, in this case such a proclaimation
is true. I won't bore you with all the legal jargon and what have
you, but at your request I would be happy to send you the facts that support
my innocence. This is far from a ploy to scam money from
anyone, especially someone that is willing to assist me in my quest to avoid
death, establish justice and return to the free world, where once again
I can
feel and be treated human. The way God intended us all to be !
The price of life and freedom, well there isn't a price too high to pay
for that; Attorney fees, typing ribbons, paper, pens and materials such
as these are not cheap, especially here. So if you could find
it in your heart to help me, no matter how small your love gift, it would/will
be of great help to me. I have been here about 2 1/2 years and
I'm currently on my 1st post-conviction stages of my appeal. I sincerely

JAMES MUNSON Well I'm pretty much the average guy, nothing

reading . More so Shakespeare, Edgar Allen Poe and any kind of legal

I have a great deal of careness for children. There are too many children
of the world who are starving and dying of AIDS and other various diseases.
AIDS is something that effects us all in some way, a friend or family member.

BRAD KIRCHNER Unanswered Prayers - My name is William
Bradley Kirchner, I was wrongfully convicted by means of false testimony
and a tainted jury in June of 1998 of murder. I'm currently on Death
Row in Menard, Illinois. I am appealing to anyone out there who can
help me with these unanswered prayers of mine ! My prayer is to prove
my innocence ! I am sincerely and desperately seeking and searching
for people out there who care, and can help me out with such things as legal
research, DNA expertise, and or financial help ! As you very well know
filing paper work, mailing and handling charges, type writer ribbons and
etc are not cheap here at the moment, so with the assistance of people who
genuinely care, I need your help to resolve these issues, prove my innocence,
and return to the free world. Due to the number of pages in my
transcripts I can't include all I need to at this time ! I have included
one page which I feel is the most important, its the State's Lab showing
their DNA tests were inconclusive and negative. (webpage removed
at Brad's request for legal reasons) This is the only evidence at trial
that convicted me, and for some reason my attorneys didn't catch it or want
to argue it, now I am fighting for my life! I will not bore ya with
a bunch of rambling or nonsense ! Know that I am sincere and honest when
I say I'm innocent. I don't wish to play headgames and so forth, all
I ask is for the same in return ! A little about myself, I am 29 years
old, will be 30 on Nov 7, 1999, I am 202 pounds, blonde hair, blue eyes!
I'm into drawigs, poetry, and working out! Iam hoping to find correspondence

is a few years old; haven't changed much. Got a little taller and added

JERRY WARD My name is Jerry, I'm Black and proud and

I love….meeting new people from everywhere. In my spare time I paint,
read, write, and continue to fight against the death penalty. Sharing

want people to understand my plight on Death Row as well as the death penalty.
I believe the D.P is cruel and should not exist ! I believe in God's
divine will ! I believe the D.P is being applied unfairly to the poor,

government should be in the business of killing someone in a premeditated,
ritualized way, hidden away in the bowels of prison usually in the dark

I'm not sure of what to say or how to begin…I'm in my direct appeal stage…I
have an interest in writing poetry. I would like to further that, to
attract others to develop the same interest. To collaborate with them
and maybe publish some of my work in a beneficial way. Also short stories
- fictional and drama. I'll do my best to respond to all letters as
I can afford to. If there be any visits keep in mind that we're only
allowed five a month. Also Menard is near SIUC but there are
no bus or train stops. It at all possible I would ask for help in completing
my college degree. Like assistance, tutoring, or direction. Menard
discourages any higher learning but I hear its possible. Also I have
a book on signing that I'm studying and would like to learn more. So
far I only know, the alphabets, a few numbers, and about fifty words,
I guess this is my avenue of reaching out, as of now I'm trapped on Menards
death row. With hope, by faith, knowing this will be only temporary.
